Payment Tracker
I designed an end-to-end payment tracking experience that gave Accounts Payable teams real-time visibility into every stage of a payment’s lifecycle after approval. The experience surfaced processing milestones, payment status, delivery timelines, and actionable explanations for delays within a single, unified workflow. By replacing uncertainty with transparent, contextual updates, I helped customers understand payment progress, reduce support dependency, and build greater confidence in BILL’s payment platform.
37% of BILL’s support contacts were “Where is my payment?” inquiries as customers and vendors lacked visibility into payment progress after approval.
