BILL Pay Optimization

I designed an intelligent payment optimization experience that helped Accounts Payable teams make faster, more informed payment decisions before funds were sent. The experience combined contextual recommendations for payment timing, funding source, and payment method into a guided workflow that balanced cash flow, vendor preferences, processing constraints, and delivery timelines. By reducing manual decision-making while preserving customer control, I established a scalable foundation for AI-assisted payment orchestration across BILL's payment platform.
